The color spectrum required for patterned cloth printing is very rich, and the properties of each dye are different. In production, reactive dyes with very similar properties often appear, but can not be found when matching colors. Therefore, printing conditions should be controlled as far as possible to prevent the same batch of
blended mesh color. These technological conditions are :
(1) the pressure of the fountain tube is strictly calibrated, and the middle is not easy to change. In general, large patterns should be printed by embossing rollers.
(2) when printing in large quantities, the thickness of the color paste should be consistent.
(3) The speed of the printing car should be as constant as possible.
